Abstract

The role of musical intelligence in human development is difficult to overestimate, that is why in this article the process of learning in a children's music school in the guitar class is considered from the point of view of subordination to the main idea – the practical formation of musical intelligence in students. The article highlights the ways of formation of the concepts of "intelligence" and "musical intelligence", according to the theory of multiple intelligences of H. Gardner; the musical content and structure of musical intelligence are specified, its functioning is considered; the influence of musical intelligence on other intelligences was investigated; an attempt is made to define musical intelligence as an interactive system of human musical abilities. Attention is focused on the fact that classes at the DMSh in the specialty (on the instrument) can be attributed to individual-centric education. In these classes, the teacher has the opportunity to positively influence the organization and adjustment of the learning process, taking into account the individual characteristics of each student. The basis of the process of forming musical intelligence is the development of musical hearing, a sense of rhythm and musical memory of the student, which requires a systematic approach. The personal influence of the teacher should be encouraging, based on joint interaction when solving specific tasks in a creative atmosphere. In this work, individual lessons on the classical guitar are analyzed, taking into account the features of this instrument. The article draws attention to the education of students in the culture of musical perception, understanding of musical styles and the author's idea. This is achieved, in particular, by the appropriate selection of the repertoire, taking into account the technical and emotional and psychological capabilities of the student. The musical intelligence of an individual is the basis of the p rocess of music perception. Music is the "soil" on which a student's spiritual, creative being can grow. By listening to and performing musical works, the child acquires new knowledge and ideas about the world. Therefore, the formation and development of a person's musical intelligence as his creative potential is one of the main tasks of musical education and upbringing. The proposed article stimulates the choice of studying in a music school and draws the attention of teachers to the problems under consideration.
