LATEST APPROACHES TO FORMING HOME HEALTH CARE SKILLS IN HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS

Abstract

Pedagogy is a fundamental component of the first aid training process, since it is the teaching methodology that determines the level of knowledge and practical skills acquisition. The article examines in detail the key pedagogical concepts used in first aid training, in particular the use of active and interactive methods.These include case methods, simulations, role-playing games and trainings, which ensure effective learning of the material due to the direct involvement of participants in the learning process. An important aspect is the motivational component, which determines the effectiveness of learning knowledge and skills. Without proper motivation, even the best teaching methods may not produce the desired result.Internal motivation is based on the awareness of the importance of first aid and personal responsibility, while external motivation is based on incentives, certification and career prospects.Emotional involvement contributes to better memorization and the formation of responsibility. Interac- tive methods, such as simulations and role-playing games, help not only to gain knowledge, but also to develop confidence for action in critical situations.Special attention is paid to the issue of training emotional resilience, which is critically important for the ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations. For this purpose, methods of modeling real conditions are used – training using mannequins, simulation centers, scenes with simulated injuries, which are as close as possible to real emergency situations. This approach minimizes the risk of panic and confusion when providing assistance in real conditions.Additionally, the article considers an interdisciplinary approach to first aid training, which com- bines pedagogy, medicine and psychology. The involvement of medical knowledge allows for a deeper understanding of the physiological and anatomical aspects of providing assistance, while psychological methods contribute to the development of stress resistance, communication skills and confidence in one's own actions.
