FINANCIAL POLICY OF ENSURING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF AN ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article considers the results of the authors' study of the financial components of competitiveness, and also argues scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of financial policy to strengthen their systemic interaction and increase the effective impact on the economic development of the enterprise. Modern approaches to understanding the competitiveness of an enterprise and determining its economic nature are revealed. The interpretation of the qualitative content of the financial competitiveness of an enterprise, which currently dominates the scientific literature, is given. The author's interpretation of the content, structure and specifics of financial competitiveness is formulated. It is established that there is an objective relationship and interdependence between the financial support of the economic activity of an enterprise and its competitiveness. The arbitrariness of a targeted approach to the implementation of the relevant components of financial policy in the system of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise is argued. It is determined that in the conceptual plan the key elements of the financial policy of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise are: its target parameters, formed local economic mechanisms of financial competitiveness, financial instruments of resource conservation and cost savings, internal financial control and financial monitoring, as well as the use of modern financial information systems and technologies. The qualitative characteristics of each of the identified key elements of the financial policy of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise are revealed and the scientific prerequisites for strengthening their systemic interaction in the process of its economic development are substantiated.
