PECULIARITIES OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND THE ROLE OF THE HEAD OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR
Abstract
The article explores the issues faced by domestic businesses due to the russian invasion and the development of new management qualities in enterprises under modern economic realities. The research reveals the significant destabilizing impact of war-related factors on the activities of enterprises in Ukraine, which generate risks of exacerbating crisis situations, highlighting the specifics, strategies and tools of anti-crisis management in wartime. It has been established that in the scientific literature, insufficient attention is paid to the issue of ensuring the functioning and overcoming crisis phenomena in the activities of enterprises in difficult economic conditions, especially during military operations. Researched and clarified the new role and functions of the top management of the enterprise, with the allocation of fundamentally new qualities and responsibilities. Determined the differences between a traditional crisis and a wartime crisis at the enterprise, and the main elements of the anti-crisis management mechanism of the enterprise, which acquire the peculiarities of their functioning in the wartime period, are also considered. It was established that the essence of anti-crisis management is manifested in the implementation of a set of special measures aimed at prevention, prevention and countermeasures against crisis situations that arise at the enterprise and are caused by the destabilizing influence of external and internal environmental factors. It is shown that anti-crisis management involves the formation and detection of crisis situations at the enterprise, the solution of various problems caused by crisis situations, as well as the neutralization of destabilizing factors that can provoke or provoke the occurrence of such situations at the enterprise. Were identified prioritized directions and conclusions for the development of anti-crisis management and corporate social responsibility for Ukrainian enterprises. The expediency of using such instruments as downsizing, outsourcing, and benchmarking, as well as enhancing cybersecurity, is provided to improve the effectiveness of business operations during wartime. The tasks of enterprise management are formulated, including ensuring the safety of personnel and assets, transitioning to electronic document management, and outlining the legal aspects of leadership in new conditions.
