FEATURES OF VALUE-ORIENTED LEADERSHIP CONCEPTS
Abstract
The article discusses new approaches to the study of the importance of value-oriented leadership and its role in the management paradigm of our time, analyzes the components of leadership, describes the features of the relationship between the level of development of the integrity of the individual and the effective parameters of managerial activity. The main approaches to the essence and structure of the concepts of value-oriented leadership are systematized. The important role and significance of the development of the potential of leadership influence is proved. The problems of formation of leadership competence of successful managers are outlined. The phenomenological level of influence of the leader's leadership qualities on the motivational activity of subordinates is noted. The main criteria for the development of a gifted personality, endowed with leadership properties, are allocated. The main provisions of modern concepts of leadership, which are based on the basic value principles of personality development in the process of life, are considered. It is substantiated that leadership begins with the character of the individual, reflecting his inner essence. The different stages of character formation are based on the fundamental idea that there are certain principles that govern human success, natural laws that operate in and influence the human dimension of successful functioning. After all, character directly affects your actions, and actions affect your character. Character is a kind of "foundation" that gives strength to survive various trials of life. It follows that character is the basis for human-centered leadership. The role of virtues in the formation of character is revealed, since they are the basis of it, Virtues such as self-acceptance, practical critical judgment based on daily reflection, courage, which generates a sense of truth and justice and activates moral sensitivity, prudence or self-control and justice, if our leadership is human-centered. Even in ancient times, Aristotle stated: "Knowledge of oneself is the beginning of all wisdom." Only through self-refraction will we be able to unleash our potential and become a successful value-oriented leader.
